Do you remember family Hase from Kodersdorf? We had reported that the Hars's plan to replace their old night storage heating with AeroFlow® electric heaters. The night-time tariff has been cancelled and the associated electricity meter has recently been dismanteled by energy suppliers. Now the old night storage are in for it. In the living room, children's room, bathroom and guest toilet, they are now dismantled and replaced as follows:
- Dining area: AeroFlow® MAXI 2450 (formerly 1.5 kW night storage)
- Living room: AeroFlow®COMPACT 1300 (formerly 1.0 kW night storage)
- Guest bathroom: AeroFlow®MINI 650 (formerly 0.7 kW night storage)
- Bathroom: AeroFlow®MAXI 2450 (formerly 1.5 kW night storage)
- Guest Room: AeroFlow® MIDI 1950 (formerly 1.5 kW night storage)
The fact that some AeroFlow electric heaters have more power than their predecessors does not increase the power consumption: with more power, the room heats up faster and the AeroFlow® partial storage unit switches off more quickly.
First, the appliances in the dining area, followed by those in the living room. The two rooms are designed together with the kitchen in an open living style U-shaped. Three men break up the night storage and bring the storage bricks and the enclosure outside. Many hands are also necessary because the stones have a decent weight. Mr. Hase has already removed the small night storage in the guest bath a day before. Now follows the radiator in the former room of the daughter, meanwhile converted to the guest room. Finally, there is the second large storage stove in the bathroom on the first floor. The bathroom photos show the strong wall thickness of the old house well.
Despite sweat and hard work, everything was dismantled in full anticipation. Now the scrap merchant is happy about a few kilograms of scrap metal. The insulation boards from the heaters will be brought at the recycling yard in Niesky.
