Additional heating or central heating system? What investment is worthwhile in a renovated house with wood and coal firing?
After a short search, Mr. Rösler from Reutlingen could make a decission: An electric heater from AeroFlow® must come.
This is the only way to avoid expensive retrofitting and for little money he still gets his housing warm.
He has owned his house near the city garden since 2014. The previous owner had the property properly renovated, but refrained from the installation of central heating.
"With a 40-hour week, heating in the evenings is just too exhausting for me," says the quality manager. "It also takes time for the rooms to get warm."
A comfortable solution was needed. "With the FlexiComfort display controller, I have set up a weekly program according to my daily routine," says a delighted Mr. Rösler.
This reduces the purchase of coal and wood and the running costs of the storage heating are at zero outside the heating season.
His rooms are now already warmed up when he gets home - and this without daily lighting of the stove. He and his neighbors can also do without the sight of an unsightly gas or oil tank in the garden thanks to this decision.
Measured to twenty years, Mr. Rösler tells us, he pays the same amount with the AeroFlow® electric heater as with oil or gas. Incidentally, he does not have to dig up his house for the additional electric heating system.
"And when I retire at the age of 65, maybe I'll have more time to chop wood again. Then I can choose whether to heat electrically or with wood and coal. "
