The processing of the complaint takes place only with completely filled in and signed guarantee accompanying slip. Our first response is by email or by phone from Monday to Friday within 24 hours. Based on your data and error description, we check the claim for warranty. If the error check results in an unrestricted functionality of the device, we reserve the right to a cost reimbursement of 95 Euro. The traceability of the error check results is guaranteed by the quality management system.
Your data will be stored, processed and used exclusively for the purpose of complaint processing. Thermotec AG warrants that your information will be treated confidentially in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations and will not be forwarded to third parties.
